Glutes and Abs are the most commonly weak muscle groups Mark notices in his students. So Mark teaches this up tempo class to strengthen each muscle within your glutes and abs while burning calories.

We work specific parts of the glutes and abs to get you the best results possible. Mark uses a concept known as segmental strengthening to increase strength in specific muscles or specific parts of a muscle. For example, the gluteus maximus has two parts: (1) Deep and (2) Superficial. The Deep Gluteus Maximus can be broken down into 4 smaller muscle parts:
- Lateral part
- Medial part
- Medial-Lateral part
- Lateral-Medial part
Each part has different actions. To strengthen all four parts, Mark guides you through four different positions of a similar exercise. The specificity is what makes this class so unique. This same level of specificity is applied to other parts of the glutes and abs. Each exercise targets distinct muscles with great benefit to the affected area. These targeted exercises reshape and strengthen your glutes and abs to restore proper body function.
